xbajie accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. We support the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name — xbajie does not accept payments from accounts belonging to third parties.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your xbajie account.
• Deposits are credited to your xbajie balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• xbajie does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• xbajie reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the xbajie withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in BDT only.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes of submission during normal operating hours.
• xbajie may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• xbajie reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

xbajie offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your mobile banking provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
